LeLand Spence
Our executive sous chef comes our way from two distinguished Arizona resorts: the Biltmore and the Fairmont Scottsdale Pricess. He received his culinary degree from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and his favorite food to cook are southwestern and French. He encourages home chefs to familiarize themselves with seasonal produce and learn how to preserve--whether it's canning or freezing, ensuring your cuisine tastes fresh all year round.

Elena Perevitskikh
Elena's love of cooking started in Russia where she spent summers at her family's "dacha" - summer house, they grew all kinds of vegetables, fruit and berries. Elena has been cooking professionally since 2002 and has worked at a number of places around southern WI. She tells home cooks to always use the best ingredients you can get, don't be afraid to try new things and most importantly, don't forget to season and taste your food!

Lindsay Wehmeyer
Lindsay is our resident pastry chef, her culinary degree is from the University of Anchorage. Lindsay's showstopper cakes and deserts showcase her fine arts background and love of fondant work. Her advice to home bakers? "Take chances, follow the recipe but not the rules and ALWAYS use real butter."
